Prairie Band Health Services (PBHS) is an SBA Certified 8(a) SDB staffing company, specializing primarily in healthcare, with the knowledge and capabilities to deliver a range of staffing services including recruiting, credentialing, and placement of clinical, technical, and administrative professional personnel. With a team of leading professionals and support staff, PBHS plans, implements, and manages staffing needs to ensure the highest standards of professional employment at a competitive value.


 

Leadership

Trey Strecker, MBA

 

Vice President

Prairie Band Health Services Vice President Trey Strecker is a healthcare administration professional with 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is well-versed in strategic planning, business development, and operational management of multi-specialty healthcare clinics and hospital-based service lines. Prior to his work at PBHS, Trey was the System Director of Clinic Operations at Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS, where he provided leadership and efficient administration of ambulatory operations for over 500 providers across 34 sites in three major markets. He has worked for Lawrence Memorial Hospital as the Director of Internal Medicine and Assistant Director of Physician Practices and for the Kansas Medical Clinic, PA as Director of Operations. Trey has a Master of Business Administration degree from American Public University.

 

Kathy Jones

 

Executive Director of Recruitment

Kathy Jones is a Senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience working for Non-Profit, International Healthcare and Government agencies. Kathy is a natural leader and coach with proven success in improving employee culture through positive implementation of policies, mission, visions and values. She has overseen several Human Resources Departments creating efficiencies in risk management, cross department organization, workflow improvement, employee relations, employee retention, benefits administration, credentialing, diversity and inclusion, onboarding and exiting. Kathy is a highly regarded, full cycle recruiter with expertise in all clinical positions (Physicians, Specialties, APRNs, RN’s, PT, Lab/Radiology, ER, etc.) Hospital Administrators, IT, Finance and Executive level recruiting. Trained under the JCAHO, she brings all of her wisdom to expand the capabilities of the Prairie Band Health Services company as the Executive Director of Recruitment, hiring health care professionals for Indian Health Services Clinics across the United States and expanding services to include all aspects of Human Resources Consulting.

Rockell Otero, MBA

 

Project Manager

Rockell Otero is a highly experienced project manager with an MBA and over 8 years of healthcare work experience, including clinical job functions, administration, finance, and human resources. Rockell has experience in managing the administrative components of contracts including: contract compliance, contract reporting, contract service delivery, quality control, employee scheduling, communication with clients, salary and benefits communication with employees, payroll and contract invoice submission, and coordination with local supervisors.

Brandi Davis

 

Administrative Coordinator

Brandi has over 20 years of experience in Tribal Human Resources, with extensive experience in benefits administration, employee pre-hire processes, onboarding, payroll, and recruitment.
